Frequently Asked Questions
What does a membership at The Nines include?
Every membership includes unlimited rounds of golf from February through
October 2026, guaranteed tee time reservations (members book first), 10% off
all pro shop purchases at point of sale, and access to members-only events,
tournaments, and clinics throughout the season.
How much does a membership cost?
• Single: $115/month or $980 prepaid for the season
• Couple: $175/month or $1,495 prepaid for the season
• Senior, Veteran, or First Responder: $100/month or $855 prepaid for the
season.
What does the 5% savings on the prepaid pass mean?
If you pay for the full season upfront instead of month-to-month, you save 5%
off the total cost. For example, a Single monthly membership over nine months
would be $1,035 the prepaid price is $980.
How does monthly billing work?
Monthly memberships are billed automatically on the same date each month
through LoyalZoo. If a payment fails, we’ll attempt to process it again within 5
business days. If payment can’t be collected after two attempts, your membership may be suspended until the balance is resolved.
Are memberships refundable?
Monthly memberships are non-refundable for partial months. Prepaid season
passes are refundable within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, prepaid memberships are non-refundable.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime by calling us at (503) 857-2478 or emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period you’ll still have access through the time you’ve already paid for.
Is The Nines a private course?
No The Nines is a public golf course. Anyone is welcome to come play. A
membership just means you get unlimited rounds, priority tee times, pro shop
discounts, and access to members-only events.
How do I book a tee time?
Call us at (503) 857-2478 or book online at golfthenines.com. As a member, you
get priority booking your spot is reserved before the public.
What if I need to cancel a tee time?
We ask that you cancel at least 4 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may
result in a temporary pause on priority booking privileges.
Are there any rules I should know about?
We keep it simple follow posted course rules, maintain a reasonable pace
of play, and treat staff, fellow members, and guests with respect. The Nines
reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for conduct that
violates course policies, damages property, or creates an unsafe environment.
When does the membership season run?
The 2026 season runs from February through October 2026. Your membership
gives you unlimited access any day the course is open during that window.
What are the course hours?
Hours vary by season and daylight. Check golfthenines.com or call (503) 857-
2478 for current hours and conditions.
Is there a liability waiver?
Yes. By enrolling, you acknowledge that golf and related activities involve inherent risks — including physical injury from golf balls, clubs, carts, uneven
terrain, and weather conditions. You voluntarily assume those risks and agree
to release West Yamhill, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from
claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the course, to the fullest
extent permitted by Oregon law.
Will I receive text messages or emails?
Yes. By joining, you consent to receive email and SMS messages from The Nines
Golf Course about your membership, tee time reminders, event announcements,
and occasional promotions. Message and data rates may apply. We typically
send 2–4 text messages per month. You can opt out of texts anytime by replying
STOP, and unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any message..
